Billetti
Billetti is a machine shop founded in 2017 in Mikkeli, Finland. The company began with two entrepreneurs and has grown over time into a team of 20 professionals. In the beginning, operations were based in a single location, but as the business expanded, the space soon became too small. This led to relocating the welding shop to a separate site. At the same time, demand for on-site installations and projects at customer locations grew rapidly. In response, a specialized team was assembled for fieldwork, which became the foundation for the Billetti Service department. Billetti’s staff is a young and innovative team that truly enjoys their work. They are united by a fearless attitude and a passion for working with metal.

Good delivery reliability is one of the most important aspects of our company. Thanks to our modern production management system, we are able to optimize the workload of each production process and keep our operations on schedule. Quality
Our goal is to deliver the highest quality products to our customers within the agreed delivery time. We set high quality standards and monitor their fulfillment through various methods throughout the entire production process. Our quality management is built on three key areas: quality guidance, quality control, and quality inspection.
Quality guidance ensures the use of correct working methods and compliance with customer requirements and standards in production. Quality control involves monitoring product quality at different stages of the production process. Quality inspection verifies the product’s quality and compliance before delivery. A culture of continuous improvement is deeply embedded in everything we do.

We are committed to recycling and properly sorting our waste. Our long-term goal is to continuously reduce our environmental footprint. Billetti reuses nearly all packaging materials – 85% of our packaging is reused.
