Design and product development are part of our services. We can design new equipment or individual components according to customer needs. Additionally, we assist with production planning and cost-effective manufacturing of your products. Our team utilizes Autodesk 3D design and modeling software.
Welding and sheet metal work
Welding is performed using TIG and MIG/MAG equipment, allowing us to weld all types of metals. Welded parts are usually process piping, steel structures and assembly welds. We have our own welding coordinator who monitors quality and qualifies welders when necessary. We invest in staff training and continuous development. We also offer welding services at our customers' premises throughout Finland.
Machining
Our modern CNC machinery enables us to manufacture even the most challenging products cost-effectively. We machine parts from a wide range of metals and plastics. Production volumes vary from single pieces to large batches.
Assembly
Our services include the assembly and testing of parts, in addition to the manufacturing and surface treatment. Our multi-skilled staff handles the procurement of additional components and their integration into the final assembly. We maintain an extensive supplier network offering a wide range of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical parts.
Machine and equipment building
We offer turnkey service packages that include all the steps mentioned above, enabling us to guarantee a high-quality product or service from start to finish. We are also available for consultation or to assist you with any specific stage of the construction process. Our extensive and versatile machine fleet includes CNC lathes, CNC machining centres, manual machine tools, welding machines, and many other types of equipment.
